My Order Didn't Arrive
If you have tracked your order from our Order Status page and found discrepancies in the delivery date or have not
received your order within its scheduled delivery date, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer
Service Associates will be happy to help you.
Arrived Item is Damaged or Defective
We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from perfumebabe.com does not meet your
expectations, simply return it to us. Most merchandise can be returned us within 20 days of delivery. See our
Returns Policy for exceptions. Gift wrapping charges (if any) are not refundable. Shipping charges are not
refundable except if you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
Can I Cancel My Order?

You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
